Based in Gent, Belgium, Whicked Hayo elements are Dan Firoiu and Morad Bensaoud.
In 2000, Moratic has discovered psychedelic parties, and then felt that he had the feeling to create his own psychedelic mind music too. Starting making music, he could experiment and estimate how to produce. In the same time, he met Danolite, and create together the projects Schieva and Whicked Hayo.
Danolite is the organisator of many parties projects like "TribalGathering.be" "Femina Mandragora", "Rhakti Dei Festival" and many more. Starting with production since he's 14 with noise, hardcore, experimental musics, he discovers a real passion for the technical way about sound's production and then follows differents sound seminaries to finally learn at the excellent school www.sae.edu: Danolite is the technical brain of the band.
Since 2003, their production gets seriously developped, playing in countries like Greece, France, Spain, Romania, Nederland ...
Their style (unique) can be described like night energetic and funny psytrance, much breaks you don't aspect with powerfull bassline and climaxen. Really beloved and respected from the belgium scene, Whicked Hayo can make a partyroom explode with their warm high quality production.
In 2006, you can expect much new releasing tracks on labels all over the globe from Japan until San Francisco, in the future you can find for sure their sound on Night Oracle records (greece) , Ketuh Records (austria) , Vertigo Records(russia), Mass Adduction Records (Los Angeles) and many more.
This summer you can see Whicked Hayo in Germany (FullMoon) but also playing in major party's and festivals in Malta, France, Austria,Greece, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, ..
